Tree Pruning
Theres nothing like climbing out to the very tips of a tree. A climber of four years, I have carefully curated this skill. It allows for the reduction of weighty branches and the ability to sculpt the direction of growth.
Removal of Dead and Diseased Limbs
Some of the most dangerous limbs in the urban environment are limbs that the tree itself sheds. Climbing arborists are trained to recognize and remove limbs with disease and decay, to help mitigate the risk trees pose to living spaces.
Canopy Thinning
Occasionally trees in the urban setting thrive and become thick with interior growth. However too much growth can cause poor structure and growth patterns. Eliminating some interior growth can promote overall tree health for future years.
Storm Damage Clean Up
Weather is changing. We are experiencing more frequent storms especially in summer. Atlanta also acts as its own rainforest the heat from our city streets creates more evaporation and flash storms. High winds can lead to break outs and fallen trees. These can be some of the most dangerous, because of wood under tension and compression. It takes years of experience to safely dismantle storm trees.
